- Onboard tenants who have been signed up through our property rental departments
- Undertake property handover to tenants ensuring sign off on needful paperwork and creating any required inventory lists
- Undertake regular and collection of rental dues
- Prepare and remit rental accounts less any costs to the landlord
- Implement measures to recover any unpaid or outstanding rental accounts
- Undertake periodic inspections of the property and provide recommendations on any maintenance or improvement programs
- Respond to any tenant feedback on required repairs and maintenance to identify the need and responsibility of repair
- Negotiate and administer repairs or maintenance contracts based on competitive tendering
- Ascertain that needful repairs are carried our expeditiously, within budget and to the expected standard
- Review and renew rental and tenancy conditions periodically
- Advise landlords on any prevailing market conditions that may affect their property.
